3PL Links Inc. began in 1998 as a supply chain management consulting firm in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Within the past decade, 3PL has broadened its horizons to form three sectors within the company: Brokerage, Transportation Management Program (TMP) and Freight Audit and Payment (FAP). As an added convenience to our customers, 3PL Links Inc. has acquired the proper licenses and certificates from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), a property broker's trust fund (BMC-85) and insurance liability.
